A full day at Hell's Gate — relay and team segments through the gorge, lunch by Lake Naivasha, transport and support vehicle included.
Hell's Gate is the one Kenyan national park you are allowed to cycle through, and it makes for a team day that people talk about afterwards. Zebra and giraffe graze beside the track, the cliffs rise on both sides, and the riding itself is flat enough that ability differences stop mattering.
We build the middle of the day around relay and team segments rather than one long ride, so there is structure to it — something to win, something to debrief over lunch. The afternoon is yours: a second ride segment, or a facilitated team-building session by the lake.
The logistics, handled
Road transport from Valley Arcade and back, bikes and helmets, park entry, a support vehicle carrying the mechanic and your bags, and lunch on the shore of Lake Naivasha. You bring the team.
